Beautiful house. Everything you need is there. The place where
you can eat outside is an ideal spot, it is always pleasant there
even in very hot weather. We really recommended this house. Owners
are very friendly. Only point to take into account is that you
always have to drive a long way for groceries or excursions.

The property is located approx. 30 minutes by car from the
nearest larger town with shopping centres. It is located in a very
idyllic little village. In the neighbouring village there is a bar
and a bodega for everyday shopping. The landlords are incredibly
nice and make every effort to ensure that guests have a pleasant
stay. The house and grounds are very well maintained. It is very
quiet and you can relax and lie by the
pool.

We spent two beautiful weeks in the house with a couple of
friends and our children. The property is well equipped and super
well maintained. Everything is as good as new and has been recently
renovated. All windows were equipped with insect screens. You
definitely need a car. Restaurants and shops are difficult to reach
on foot. The pool with separate pool house and fridge is a
highlight. We would come back.

I have stayed in many many places in Italy and this was one of
my best experiences. The home is spacious, clean, has everything
you need to make meals and relax. We toured the area everyday and
came back to swim in the evening, and I made simple meals and
served them at the outside table, just perfect. I also had to
finish some research and write a paper while I was there and found
it very comfortable to work in the evenings and wifi was excellent.
The views are unbelievable. Fabio and his wife are available and
very kind. The restaurant in Pieve San Lorenzo is very very good
and close and inexpensive.

Beautiful holiday home in a small village. Super furnished, we
didn't miss anything. New windows with mosquito protection, brand
new kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The house has air
conditioning, but we didn't need it due to the nature of the house.
Wonderful garden with lovely shaded seating areas and a great
perfect sized pool. The owner is a great host, always approachable
if you had questions about excursions etc., who discreetly cleans
the pool in the morning and brought us fresh things from his
garden. Thanks very much!! The nearest village can be reached
quickly on foot, where you can have a wonderful cup of coffee in
the La Torre bar. There is a small supermarket that offers a lot
for everyday needs and a pharmacy. For larger purchases, Aulla can
be reached in 20 minutes by car. We'd love to come back!
